The heart of our community is the TMA Mentor-Mentee Program. We pair passionate underclassmen with experienced upperclassmen to build meaningful, lasting connections. Each pair joins a larger "TMA Family," creating a built-in support system to help you navigate college, your career, and beyond.
This program is more than just professional networking; it's about creating a personal board of directors to guide you, support you, and celebrate your successes.

Express Your Interest
Fill out our Mentor-Mentee Matching Form. This is the most important step! Your answers about your background, interests, and goals will help us find your ideal partner. You'll also have a chance to create a slide about yourself for others to see.

Attend Matching Events
Join our fun and informal events like "Mentor-Mentee Speed Dating" and other socials. These are the perfect, low-pressure opportunities to meet potential mentors and mentees in person and see who you click with.

The Big Reveal
Once the matches are made, we host our official Mentor-Mentee Reveal event! You’ll be introduced to your new mentor or mentee and officially welcomed into your TMA Family to start your journey together.
